Work With Me
You deserve support that’s actually designed for you.Every woman’s experience of midlife is different. So is her path forward. Whether you’re looking for deep, personalized guidance or a welcoming space to start moving again, there’s a way to work together that fits where you are right now.
-Personal Support1:1 Coaching
The most supported, personalized path.
Private coaching is designed for women who are ready to go deep and build a practice that’s truly tailored to their body, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. This isn’t a template. It’s a collaboration.
Nervous system regulation and stress recovery, establishing the foundation on which everything else builds.
Somatic movement practices that help you rebuild trust and awareness in your body.
Strength training adapted for your hormonal context, recovery capacity, and current fitness level.
Menopause education so you understand what’s happening and why, and can make informed choices.
Mindset and identity support through the emotional complexity of midlife transitions.
Together, we’ll work across:
You want real, lasting change, not another program to white-knuckle through.
You’re dealing with specific symptoms, pain, or challenges that require personalized attention.
You’re tired of generic advice and ready for guidance that actually accounts for your body.
You want a trusted ally, someone who listens, challenges you thoughtfully, and stays with you.
What’s included:
Depth, consistency, and a full-picture intake.
Coaching packages are structured to give you the time, depth, and consistency needed for genuine transformation. We’ll begin with a thorough intake conversation to understand your full picture, then build from there.
Coaching is for you if:

—Where to StartFree Consultation
Start with a conversation.
Not sure which option is right for you? A free consultation call is the lowest-barrier way to connect, and the most honest one.
In 20 minutes, we’ll talk about where you are, what you’re experiencing, and what kind of support might actually help. No pressure, no pitch. Just a real conversation.
If there’s a fit, we’ll talk about next steps. If there isn’t, I’m happy to share my recommendations and point you toward something that might better serve you.

—FAQQuestions Before You Begin?
Wherever you are in this journey — newly noticing changes, deep in the transition, or simply looking for a more sustainable approach — there's a place to begin.
-
No. Suzanne’s work is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’ve been active for years or you’re returning to movement after a long break. All experience levels are welcome.
-
Yes. If you’re a woman in your 40s or 50s noticing changes in your body, energy, mood, or recovery, perimenopause may well be a factor, even if you haven’t received a formal diagnosis. This work is for women navigating the full spectrum of midlife transition.
-
Suzanne’s approach is inherently adaptive. Movement is always offered with modifications and attention to individual bodies. That said, if you have specific medical concerns, a consultation call is the best first step so Suzanne can fully understand your situation.
-
Most programs, even those marketed to women, aren’t specifically designed for midlife physiology. Suzanne’s work integrates somatic awareness, nervous system science, and menopause education in a way that’s genuinely rare. The goal isn’t just movement. It’s a complete recalibration of your relationship with your body.
-
That’s completely fine. Start with the free guide, try a class, or book a consultation call; all of these are low-commitment ways to experience the work and decide what feels right for you.
You don’t need another template. You need support that listens.
Choose the path that feels right: personalized coaching, weekly classes, a private movement session, or a simple conversation to help you decide.
