Virtual Yoga and Movement Classes

I offer three small virtual weekly drop-in classes that accommodate your work schedule AND offer a variety of classes to supplement your movement routine. My classes are creative, challenging, and fun. You’ll push boundaries as you uncover new strengths with a supportive teacher to guide and support you.

You can practice from wherever you are while you connect with a great community of students.  Smaller classes offer the opportunity for more detailed feedback and time to answer any questions you might have.

1:1 Movement Coaching

1x1 movement coaching provides an opportunity to privately address your specific needs and goals without the distraction of other students. My attention will be 100% focused on you and what you want to achieve from our time together.  Together, we’ll set up a plan that can help you:

  • Build a yoga practice that accommodates your body's needs

  • Learn how to grow stronger progressively

  • Improve body awareness and coordination for better balance 

  • Learn how to understand and manage pain

  • Learn to accept and work with your body type

  • Create healthier movement patterns. This will help you gain confidence in your movement, which will translate to everything you do.

  • Create a customized program that incorporates everything we do together.

Movement coaching is a perfect fit for those recovering from injuries, experiencing limited mobility, hip pain, or other conditions, or for those for whom group classes are not working.

  • No, online sessions are not recorded.

  • Absolutely! The Zoom room is open 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after class and the Zoom chat will be open throughout the practice.

  • That is up to you! But it's preferable to have your camera on.

  • My online classes are virtual via Zoom. I also teach in-person group classes in Maryland and I offer in-person private one-on-one sessions. Email me for my local schedule.
